Excellent series for 3rd to 5th grade kids. Hank Zipzer is an underachiever and a hero as well. Hank Zipzer is not perfect, but his feelings are so well expressed that you feel everything he feels and kids understand him and share similar feelings. The whole series is very rewarding and gives the reader lots of laughs and understanding of human kindness. Read them with your kids and pass them on to all the kids you know!!
